Sheila is simply great. She is the best service professional I've ever dealt with at a dealership. I called Volvo Service Department at 5-50 pm (during their normal business hours)asked spoke to Sheila Shular. And I was told that she refused to help me as she tired working since 7 am and all she want their normal business hours)asked spoke to Sheila Shular. I've never met more obnoxious representative than her! I recorded our conversation and willing to provide it to her superiors as Volvo employees is Volvo brand. I am amused how in this economy people like Sheila Shular can have a job! More
