2010 xc 90 During the first big rain storm of the season 2018 my car took on water. I had water sitting right under the gas and break paddles. Turned out that my During the first big rain storm of the season 2018 my car took on water. I had water sitting right under the gas and break paddles. Turned out that my windshield leaked. Chris in the maintenance department took my car in right away, put me in a rental vehicle and had the windshield replaced at no cost. Just recently I dropped of my car for 60K check up but Chris recommended to do oil change and walk around to save me money. Had to have engine bracket replaced and will need to replace 3 tires but overall Chris made every effort to keep the cost low and fix what had priority. I appreciate Chris and his effort to make every visit at Volvo memorable. More

I usually go to the Delray Volvo because of its proximity to my job. My wife just got a new leased vehicle this past month and our sales person was Mr. Capaz, and I must say he was excellent. That's why this time I decided to return to Schumacher Volvo with my S60. Service exceeded my expectations. The waiting area is very welcoming and relaxing. Not only that, but Mr. Christopher Pineda, my service advisor, went beyond the call to even transport me back and forth from so I could grab a bite to eat. He also explained the options on the service and answered all the questions I had I definitely plan to return to Schumacher Volvo for my next service appointment Great Job! More

The owners manual had no information on removing the seat. I called the dealership 3 times and could not get anyone in service to answer. I called Richard Gardiner, our salesman and he called back within a minute. He went to the service department and had an answer in 5 minutes. The seat is easily removed once I knew where to look. I may not have found the button without Richard's help. We are grateful for his quick response. More

The sales experience was somewhat difficult, but in the end, the team did their best to meet our needs. I'm disappointed in the service that I received following the sale. Before making a long car trip, we brought the car to the dealership for a service check up. We were assured that everything was checked over and working properly. So, when the navigation system malfunctioned at the start of the northeast corridor we were surprised and disappointed. We navigated from Richmond VA to Long Island, NY with the aid of our smartphones and google maps. Not the experience we were expecting in our new car. When I contacted the dealership, I was told that there was an update for the navigation system that could be installed upon my return. Why was this not taken care of the previous week? It was an oversight and created a very difficult and possibly dangerous situation for my family. More
Oil change on S60 Eric did a great job explaining the work that was going to be done my car. He was patient with all my questions. Tires are too expensive. You need to review your prices if you want your customers to buy from you. I would not mind paying a little extra but your price is way out of line. Waiting room, TV, coffee, snacks a nice touch. Made it easier to wait for the work to be done. More
