I went in for a yearly service of my Volvo. I was promptly met by a rep. who contacted my service advisor, Erick. Erick had all my paperwork ready and forwarded the car to the service Dept. Erick in the Service Dept was quite helpful. After calling about poor and very squeaky brakes on my new XC90 SUV he quickly reconnected at the onset of the following week to coordinate a valet pick of calling about poor and very squeaky brakes on my new XC90 SUV he quickly reconnected at the onset of the following week to coordinate a valet pick of my vehicle and ensured that the brakes and pads were replaced as needed. A very unhappy moment of learning that my newly leased vehicle had bad brakes and pads the moment I left the lot turned into elation that I could trust that my family and I are safe with the concern being resolved.
