When we finally got in touch, he said diagnosing the codes would take about 45 minutes and that he’d let us know if my husband could get a loaner. Four hours later, my husband gets the car back—and the codes are still there. This is a car with less than 6,000 miles on it! This isn’t the first time, either. Previously, they “cleared” a code, and we had to return because the issue wasn’t actually fixed. I gave them another chance, thinking it was a one-time mistake. This time, when my husband went back, Eric was “too busy” to fix their mistake or give him a loaner—even though he knew my husband had to pick up our daughter from school all the way in Loxahatchee. I called the service manager Rick Presley - of course, he was “in a meeting.” I left a message saying if I didn’t hear back, I’d escalate it to corporate. Never heard from him. They care if you give them a good survey score, but they don’t care enough to call back after screwing up twice. Unacceptable service. More

The entire service process at Schumacher Volvo was a breeze. I was a able to make an appointment at a time that was ideal for me. He did a terrific job keeping me informed on the status of my vehicle throughout the repair process. My vehicle needed to be in the shop for a few days so he also provided me a clean service loaner. The initially told me the vehicle would be ready by Friday but managed to exceed my expections by calling on Thursday afternoon to say the operation was completed and it was ready for pickup. More
