My experience with Arnie and everyone I dealt with was very good. No complaints there. But I have never bought a car either new or used that upon delivery it wasn't washed and the tank filled up. I'm not saying the car was dirty because it wasn't but it had not been touched and the tank was only 3/4 filled. I found that to be cheap and tacky. I later told Arnie about this and he said company policy is to only fill used cars half full. Are you kidding me! You're trying to save 10 or 20 bucks on a seventeen thousand dollar sale! Very poor way to create future customers. More

Arny put together a great deal for a great car (Volvo XC), but we somehow miscommunicated on the "out the door" price details when I came to sign the papers.
