Stress free from start to finish I already had an idea on which model I was interested in but was not sure on the trim/packages. We test drove one of the models and from start to finish he was very pleasant and not the least bit pushy. We discussed the price and his sales manager introduced himself. In a very short amount of time we all shook hands and had an agreement. I picked up our new vehicle the very next day (because I had to leave to head into work). The following day, Joel called me just to ensure everything was good and I was happy with the vehicle. He informed me that just because the transaction was finished doesn't mean we should ever hesitate to contact him with any questions or concerns and that they are always available. I thought it was nice he followed up to make sure everything was good. We're thrilled with our new XC60. More
