Great Service Department Had to return my 2019 VW Jetta for a recall notice repair. Had no problem making an appointment and when I arrive my service advisor met me outside wi Had to return my 2019 VW Jetta for a recall notice repair. Had no problem making an appointment and when I arrive my service advisor met me outside without even having to go inside to find him. He told me it would take about 3/4 hours for the repair, but would try to expedite it since my wife and I would be waiting. Around lunch time we walked across the street to have lunch and just about when finishing he called and said the car was ready. WOW...now that is what I call service. Including lunch, we were in and out in just a little bit over 2 hours. LOVE THIS DEALERSHIP!!!! More

Came in without an appointment. Assistant Service Manager Jay Jersey came out and met me, listened to my needs and said he would get me in as soon as he could. They should be given a raise immediately starting with your manager Kent :>) I told him my problem and even though it was Sunday he said to come by and they would try to help me. I had a malfunction with my 2010 Beetle and could not close the drivers side window. Rain was imminent. The first time was in February And Dane fixed the problem. This time Service was closed due to it being Sunday. Ergo these four strong men came out to my car pitched in and got the window back on track and closed.
