I have recently had some troubles, and unfortunately the local dealerships in this area were not helpful or polite in my correspondence. When I contacted Schumacher, they were extremely informative and demonstrated genuine care and concern for the customer. I wa able to get the necessary repairs at their dealership. They were extremely accommodating to my travel situation and had my car fixed in less than 2 hours for a 3 hour job. Paperwork was prepared prior to my arrival. The staff was very friendly, competent, and efficient. I appreciate their world class service, and you would too! More
