GREAT EXPERIENCE Schumacher Volkswagen provided one of the most pleasant experiences during the leasing of our new 2019 Jetta. My wife and I have never been to this de Schumacher Volkswagen provided one of the most pleasant experiences during the leasing of our new 2019 Jetta. My wife and I have never been to this dealership in the past, but after reading all the wonderful reviews we were convinced this is the dealership we wanted to do business with. Upon entering Schumacher on a Saturday morning, without any appointment, we were greeted by a very pleasant receptionist, who immediately turned us over to Andre Samson, Sales and Leasing Consultant. Immediately we were both impressed with his calm and layback attitude. We explained to Andre exactly what we wanted to lease and approximately what our budget would be. Without any hesitation he came up with the exact 2019 Jetta we were looking to lease. After very professional negotiations, Andrea and his manager came up with our budgeted lease price. The entire process was very pleasant and we were so glad that we chose Schumacher. In addition the Business Manager, Nick Efthyvoulou, got us though the paperwork without any hassle and not trying to talk us into additional coverage for the vehicle. From Nick’s office we were turned over to Kevin Johnson who in turn called our insurance company to add the new vehicle to our auto insurance policy. We both thought this was a very nice touch, since in the past you had to do all that on your own. While all this was going on Andre made sure our new leased vehicle was detailed and a full tank of gas was provided. Before leaving Andre made sure we were both familiar with all the accessories in the vehicle. Without hesitation both my wife and I would highly recommend this dealership, and now we know why the motto of Schumacher is “Come Join The Family” When we left we sure felt like part of the family.
