I scheduled my first service appointment for my new Subaru XV Crosstrek and while getting thru to someone was a bit of the task, the service itself went very smooth. My Service advisor/manager was very friendly and he even fixed the issue I had with my aftermarket hitch installation without making me drive to that department after the service part of my Subaru was completed. The Service was timely and I did not have to wait any longer than expected. Response to my appointment for service was right on time. Coffee in waiting room was great. My waiting time was about 1.5 hours which was better than I expected. Oh, and thanks for the free car wash! New Forester needed a power point in the console replaced. Diagnosis one day -- very quick, part ordered and informed when part arrived. Came in, installation fast and efficient.
