Visited the dealership 3/29/14 for service. While I was there I also purchased a key and key fob. I knew the price of the key and fob when I ordered it, but felt RIPPED OFF when the service advisor charge there I also purchased a key and key fob. I knew the price of the key and fob when I ordered it, but felt RIPPED OFF when the service advisor charged $90 to program the key fob. When I disputed the charge his response was "computers are expensive". I will go out of my way not to do business with this dealership in the future. More

Overall experience was good. The only criticism is that it took a bit too long. I had an appointment for lube, oil and filter change, balance and rotate tires, Ron was the only service writer working that it took a bit too long.
