Awful quality warranty repair and service Schedule an appointment for a warranty headliner repair. The first time the headliner was stained and out of place. Third headliner was installed at an outside trim shop an my vehicle was full of pet hair, a broken visor clip and not centered properly. Last visit the manager expressed that they will no longer try to fix( their poor quality replacement) and I have to contact Subaru. Not as their website states, definitely do not value their customers or are their top priority. Find a better dealer for your service. More

Even though I was a bit early for my appointment I was greeted immediately by Taylor who explained the process and inspected the car. I pointed out some cosmetic damage and he told me he might be able to correct it. Taylor was very polite and accommodating to my bad hearing problem. When my service was completed I was pleasantly surprised that the appearance problem was almost invisible.
