Once the service department took charge, things went smoothly - including answers to questions we had that were answered clearly and authoritatively by the service technician (e.g., how to change the clock, how to use the GPS, etc.). Third headliner was installed at an outside trim shop an my vehicle was full of pet hair, a broken visor clip and not centered properly. Last visit the manager expressed that they will no longer try to fix( their poor quality replacement) and I have to contact Subaru. Not as their website states, definitely do not value their customers or are their top priority. Find a better dealer for your service. More
