Service center I can't believe in today's day and age that you would be sent to a general voice mailbox when you call a dealership but that's what happens with Schum I can't believe in today's day and age that you would be sent to a general voice mailbox when you call a dealership but that's what happens with Schumaker. I tried to reach someone in service 9 times to talk to a person about my new car that needs service but in the end I had to send my son with the car to see if we can even get in for an appointment. saved our trip Our Outback was under warranty when the battery went out right before a trip we had to make to NC to have the car inspected. The dealership gave us a Our Outback was under warranty when the battery went out right before a trip we had to make to NC to have the car inspected. The dealership gave us a loaner for the rest of the day and told us if they didn't get a battery in the next day, they would put a loaner battery in the car so we could make our trip. The battery came in and we were able to make our appointment. we work out of the country and keep the car in FL so it was imperative we get this taken care of. The service department listened to our needs, was accommodating and provided us with excellent service. Thank you all so much. We love our Outback! More

Without having an appointment, the staff at Schumacher’s service department gladly took a While traveling for work I experienced issues with my car. Without having an appointment, the staff at Schumacher’s service department gladly took a look at my vehicle. They were able to determine the issue and cleared my car to drive back home to complete the service there as the parts needed were three days away. Although they knew I would not complete the work at their dealer, they never stopped being polite and were always looking for my best (and my car’s) best interest. Thanks so much! More
