Prompt and courteous Cory took time to brief me on possible actions to address my tire pressure light. He also gave me a heads up on my upcoming 60,000 mi servicing and g Cory took time to brief me on possible actions to address my tire pressure light. He also gave me a heads up on my upcoming 60,000 mi servicing and gave me a print-out of maintenance and costs so that I know what to expect when that time comes. He was friendly, courteous and attentive throughout the tire check which, as a result of over 50,000 miles of wear, resulted in the installation of a new set of tires and tire alignment. More

Service center I can't believe in today's day and age that you would be sent to a general voice mailbox when you call a dealership but that's what happens with Schum I can't believe in today's day and age that you would be sent to a general voice mailbox when you call a dealership but that's what happens with Schumaker. I tried to reach someone in service 9 times to talk to a person about my new car that needs service but in the end I had to send my son with the car to see if we can even get in for an appointment.
