Would recommend this dealership. I don’t know if they forgot the oil change tag or they are doing away with it. Also did not get a sheet saying what they checked and if I need to get I don’t know if they forgot the oil change tag or they are doing away with it. Hello! Hello! Service Where are You???? I did not purchase from Schumacher because they could not match Coconut Creek Subaru offer. Since I lived closer to Schumacher I had was having it se I did not purchase from Schumacher because they could not match Coconut Creek Subaru offer. Since I lived closer to Schumacher I had was having it serviced there. Since 2013 I have only needed oil changes and basic service and had no issues. Then came the recall for valve springs and brake light switch. 01-2019 I received the notice and to get it into service quickly. I set-up the service online and was going to add 60K service since they have to rip apart the motor. A day before service I'm contacted and they have no parts for the repair and they will add me to a list and parts will be in next month. 2 month later I call to find out what's-up. Well, no one answers any phones, just VM. Leave message but never a call back. Next, I get an email from them sayibng to schedule these repairs. I set-up appointment and again get a call the day before,; no parts and we'll put you on the list which I was suppose to already be on. Tried calling many people many times no return call. Weeks later I finally get a person in service, but they did not anything about these recalls, but wouild transfer me to someone who could help. Needless to say , VM and no return call. But I get another email from Schumacher to schedule this service, so I do with same result. Was fed up! After a number of more calls, I finnaly get through and ask for the Service Manager since this is getting out-of-hand. Of course, VM. Left the manger my thoughts on there VM and customer disservice and why I will not return to do business with them anymore. Went back to Coconut Creek Subaru and it is being serviced. More

I am a snowbird and purchased my new Subie in NJ, before coming south for the winter. Made an appointment and planned to wait for the car. However, my wife was hospitalized and I called dealer to reschedule - - my service adviser (Arnaud) immediately changed my appointment and made a loaner car available so that I could get to the hospital to be with my wife. Arnaud kept me posted during the day, work was completed as scheduled. I am most pleased with this service department. More

They Delivered I arrived a half hour early for a 9:00 am appointment. The technician indicated it would take about one hour to complete the service, including one mi I arrived a half hour early for a 9:00 am appointment. The technician indicated it would take about one hour to complete the service, including one minor problem I am not sure was a problem. I was back on the road at 10:05 am, which I believe was within the time period promised, given the one small problem. The problem was: If the Forester was parked in an open lot for 30 minutes the internal temperature would require up to 20 minutes to correct with the car a/c running at full volume. Given this is south Florida in July, and the ambient temperature was between 92 and 98 degrees, it may not be an operational problem. All steps promised were done, including the free car wash (interior and exterior). They tested the a/c by measuring the air flow and temperature, which were normal. They indicated that if the problem continued or got worse to schedule a revisit. More

Every time I took my car in was jus I got my 2016 Crosstrek a while ago so I've been to a couple different Subaru locations for service on my vehicle. Every time I took my car in was just an okay experience. However, most recently, when I went, Corey Livermore was my service adviser. He really went above and beyond to make sure my car was taken care of. Being a Subaru fanatic who likes to have fun in their car, I really appreciate the care and time he put into my car. I definitely appreciate everything he did and any dealership would be lucky to have him on their team. Keep it up! You're gonna go places! More
