Went in for my usual service which was carried out efficiently as usual. Two days before, my car had gone through an EF4 Tornado and it was filthy, I thought the dirt had embedded in the paint, but t efficiently as usual. Brought my car in for service on the front brakes. Jonathan was my service advisor. Jonathan kept me in the loop with everything that was going on. I was disappointed with the diagnosis fee charged to me for the calibration of the windshield / eye site system malfunctioning (3hrs labor charge) due to no fault of mine, despite my warranty still in effe for the calibration of the windshield / eye site system malfunctioning (3hrs labor charge) due to no fault of mine, despite my warranty still in effect til October 31. The windshield was replaced over a year ago and after a thousands miles. This will definitely affect my next purchase in the future, Manny, my service advisor, was very professional and understood my disappointment, but I had no choice in paying $825, no parts were needed for repairs. I would be happy to receive a partial credit to make this right. Thanks Robert More

I have only used Schumacher Subaru in West Palm Beach’s service department since moving to south Florida and find their prices fair, their service done professionally and accurately and their customer wait service department since moving to south Florida and find their prices fair, their service done professionally and accurately and their customer waiting area to be very comfortable. My current service advisor, Mike Boden, explains everything clearly, listens to my concerns and sees that I am clear on everything my car needs and am satisfied when each service is completed. More
