I went to Schumacher Subaru of West Palm Beach recently to purchase a new car. In the parking lot I immediately saw what I was looking for. As I entered the building I was met by Andre Henry who greeted m to purchase a new car. In the parking lot I immediately saw what I was looking for. As I entered the building I was met by Andre Henry who greeted me with a friendly smile and warmth to which I felt was very welcoming. Andre listened attentively to what my needs are, he showed understanding of my needs, advised and directed me accordingly and catered to what I want and need and not what he wanted me to have. This allowed me to trust him. I did not feel pressured, in-fact through the total experience I felt relaxed. He was very efficient, and professional, the entire process only took 2.5 hours and I walked out happy and satisfied with the purchase of my new car.
