I scheduled my first service appointment for my new Subaru XV Crosstrek and while getting thru to someone was a bit of the task, the service itself went very smooth. Overall my experience was good and in the end we essentially got what we wanted at a good price. New Forester needed a power point in the console replaced. Diagnosis one day -- very quick, part ordered and informed when part arrived. Came in, installation fast and efficient.
