Kind, knowledgeable, fair, professional, easy going, FAMILY! This was my first dealing with Subaru. The marketing people are geniuses using those golden retriever dogs and puppies in their commercials. They jus This was my first dealing with Subaru. The marketing people are geniuses using those golden retriever dogs and puppies in their commercials. They just make you smile when you see them. We joked about buying a Subaru because of the dogs... We went to see what they had and immediately met some of the nicest salespeople around. They too made us smile! They work together as a team but in a very gentle way. NO HIGH PRESSURE. They listened and were patient with the test drives, questions, and affordability. Within 24 hours I was sold and am now driving a 2016 Crosstrek. It's perfect for our new puppy (not a golden but just as sweet...) The height of the vehicle will make it easy for me to transport my paddle board and kayak easily. It was a great experience from beginning to end. Great Job! More

saved our trip Our Outback was under warranty when the battery went out right before a trip we had to make to NC to have the car inspected. The dealership gave us a Our Outback was under warranty when the battery went out right before a trip we had to make to NC to have the car inspected. The dealership gave us a loaner for the rest of the day and told us if they didn't get a battery in the next day, they would put a loaner battery in the car so we could make our trip. The battery came in and we were able to make our appointment. we work out of the country and keep the car in FL so it was imperative we get this taken care of. The service department listened to our needs, was accommodating and provided us with excellent service. Thank you all so much. We love our Outback! More
