Service center I can't believe in today's day and age that you would be sent to a general voice mailbox when you call a dealership but that's what happens with Schum I can't believe in today's day and age that you would be sent to a general voice mailbox when you call a dealership but that's what happens with Schumaker. Kind, knowledgeable, fair, professional, easy going, FAMILY! This was my first dealing with Subaru. The marketing people are geniuses using those golden retriever dogs and puppies in their commercials. They jus This was my first dealing with Subaru. The marketing people are geniuses using those golden retriever dogs and puppies in their commercials. They just make you smile when you see them. We joked about buying a Subaru because of the dogs... We went to see what they had and immediately met some of the nicest salespeople around. They too made us smile! They work together as a team but in a very gentle way. NO HIGH PRESSURE. They listened and were patient with the test drives, questions, and affordability. Within 24 hours I was sold and am now driving a 2016 Crosstrek. It's perfect for our new puppy (not a golden but just as sweet...) The height of the vehicle will make it easy for me to transport my paddle board and kayak easily.
