Liars! She is a freshman in college and lives 2 1/2 hours away from us. They assured us that she should make a trip down and they would give us a better deal than what we are paying now. We were very excited about that and told her to come down on Friday (today). We went in and they turned the whole thing upside down by offering us a "deal" that would cost us $100 a month more than what we are paying now. They just lied to get a deal and broke our daughter's heart. She is now driving back crying and very angry. Mark, you lied to us and now our daughter is angry at us because she feels like we deceived her. It was you who lied to us! That is no way to conduct business! You wasted so much of our valuable time, I will never say a nice thing about Schumacher Subaru of Palm Beach...don't bother, they lie to you and will keep you waiting for hours for absolutely nothing! You should be ashamed of yourselves! More

We knew what we wanted. We walked into the dealership with an appointment. Russel met us at the door. Asked us what we wanted then made every effort to get it for us. We had the idea of one color but after looking over our selection we decided on another. Russel was very helpful in our selection. Russel took us for the standard ride, but stopped in the middle to not just show us every feature but make sure we understood the product as a whole. More

Do not go to this dealership... ever! This dealership gets credited with the worst experience I have ever had buying a new car (I am in my 60's and have bought a good number of cars). This dealership is awful and a total waste of time. I obviously expected the back and forth negotiations and after 2 hours with the salesman we finally agreed on a price for a new Forester. The starting price in these negotiations was insultingly higher than the listed price on their website! During this period he claimed to be leaving to consult his manager numerous times. He ultimately asked for my signature for the agreed-upon price and took the signed paperwork to his manager for final approval with my credit card. After another 20 minutes he came back with the manager, who appeared to be in his mid 20's. This manager then proceeded to raise the price by $1400. I attempt to leave and had to argue to get my credit card back! I cannot even begin to understand the sales logic in this approach. I left angry, feeling like I was treated inappropriately with almost 3 hours of my time wasted. I would never go back or recommend this dealership to anyone. More
