They Delivered I arrived a half hour early for a 9:00 am appointment. The technician indicated it would take about one hour to complete the service, including one mi I arrived a half hour early for a 9:00 am appointment. The technician indicated it would take about one hour to complete the service, including one minor problem I am not sure was a problem. I was back on the road at 10:05 am, which I believe was within the time period promised, given the one small problem. The problem was: If the Forester was parked in an open lot for 30 minutes the internal temperature would require up to 20 minutes to correct with the car a/c running at full volume. Given this is south Florida in July, and the ambient temperature was between 92 and 98 degrees, it may not be an operational problem. All steps promised were done, including the free car wash (interior and exterior). They tested the a/c by measuring the air flow and temperature, which were normal. They indicated that if the problem continued or got worse to schedule a revisit. More

Best experience yet! I got my 2016 Crosstrek a while ago so I've been to a couple different Subaru locations for service on my vehicle. Every time I took my car in was jus I got my 2016 Crosstrek a while ago so I've been to a couple different Subaru locations for service on my vehicle. Every time I took my car in was just an okay experience. However, most recently, when I went, Corey Livermore was my service adviser. He really went above and beyond to make sure my car was taken care of. Being a Subaru fanatic who likes to have fun in their car, I really appreciate the care and time he put into my car. I definitely appreciate everything he did and any dealership would be lucky to have him on their team. Keep it up! You're gonna go places! More
