However, my wife was hospitalized and I called dealer to reschedule - - my service adviser (Arnaud) immediately changed my appointment and made a loaner car available so that I could get to the hospital to be with my wife. Arnaud kept me posted during the day, work was completed as scheduled. I am most pleased with this service department. More
