Horrible Service Appointment Schedule I called today to set up an appointment for a simple oil change for a 12,000 maintenance check-up. I didn't expect to be seen today or tomorrow but t I called today to set up an appointment for a simple oil change for a 12,000 maintenance check-up. I didn't expect to be seen today or tomorrow but they told me the next available appointment would be 6 days away or the following week. This is unacceptable!! This is the worst dealership I have ever had to deal with. I am so sorry I bought a Subaru period. I have had issues where the whole dash board had to be replaced, the navigation/radio screen went black, the driver squeaked at every bump. It is honestly the worst car and worst service I have ever had. More

An exceptional dealership I never just walk into a dealership and buy a car probably from the experiences I had with the salesmen at most dealerships but our experience with Sc I never just walk into a dealership and buy a car probably from the experiences I had with the salesmen at most dealerships but our experience with Schumacher was five stars from the moment we walked in. Our salesman Walt Parcheta was extremely helpful asking us what we wanted in a car and what we didn't want, He insisted we take a test drive and answered every question that we had. Since we traded in a vehicle that had been in an accident (we didn't have it with us at the time) he suggested that we get an outside valuation before bringing it in which we did and Schumacher just about matched the offer. I sent Walt the valuation on Monday and was informed that they had brought in a vehicle with the color and specs that we wanted. We picked up the car on Tuesday and the whole delivery took less than two hours. He notified our insurance company, registered the vehicle and gave us about a half hour tutorial on how everything works. As we left the dealership a woman gave me her card and said that she would contact us in about two weeks to come in with any questions that we had about the vehicle and we could make an appointment with her and she would spend all the time necessary to answer our questions. This was just an overall positive car buying experience. More
