Nice and professional staff, I told Rafael about my concerns, he listened and delivered. Didn’t take long. One of the worst decisions I have ever made was leasing my vehicle from Shumacher. Since the moment I drove away it has been nothing but a hassle, and in the year and a half I have had my lease, the servic my vehicle from Shumacher. Since the moment I drove away it has been nothing but a hassle, and in the year and a half I have had my lease, the service has gotten worse and NO ONE seems to be able to help me. I purchased a service plan, but it seems the information was "entered incorrectly" so now, every time I go to get what is supposed to be a prepaid oil change, I get charged and have to spend the next 30-45 minutes sorting it out. I have had to wait for over 4 months for a RECALL for an oil pump to be replaced. And NOW I am just finding out that they never submitted the correct paperwork for my trade/ new lease. I am unable to renew my registration for my lease with the DMV because it is showing that I still own the vehicle I traded and does not list the new one. I have talked to numerous people, and no one seems to be able -or willing- to help me sort any of these problems out. I will be looking to trade my lease with another dealership as soon as possible JUST so I never have to set foot in a Schumacher dealership again. More
