Always treated with care and concern when I go in for service. Ronnie was very helpful in explaining what needed to be done to the car. Do not buy a vehicle from Schumacher Auto group. My Wife Bought a 2015 Subaru and got a extended warranty from UDS Inc for Interior and Exterior protection. We filed a claim because there was Tree Sap Wife Bought a 2015 Subaru and got a extended warranty from UDS Inc for Interior and Exterior protection. We filed a claim because there was Tree Sap spots on the roof and the Hood.UDS rejected our claim because they said the Spot was not covered in the warranty. My wife appealed the claim but the claim was either erased or lost by a client Representative We called Schumachacher and was told to set a time for them to send out a independent appraiser to look at the Subaru . 2 weeks after the appraisal was done UDS REJECTED OUR claim saying IN OUR WARRANTY, which we never got. that we had 60 days from when we noticed the Tree Sap spots to file our claim which we did . The product we signed up , Is for 7 years. We have been dealing with this for 6 weeks with Cassie Montalvo without a resolution I have never seen a dealership that taped dance around a problem like this this dealership has. We bought 2 previous but never again .Schumacher is selling a product from a company that won't honor the warranty and they don't appear to want to resolve this problem. In their advertising Schumacher says come join the family . What a crock !!!!!!!!!!!!!! More
