We purchased our Forester here and have had our service done here since, although it is a one-hour drive. Brian was a great team leader to deal with. Do not buy a vehicle from Schumacher Auto group. My Wife Bought a 2015 Subaru and got a extended warranty from UDS Inc for Interior and Exterior protection. We filed a claim because there was Tree Sap Wife Bought a 2015 Subaru and got a extended warranty from UDS Inc for Interior and Exterior protection. We filed a claim because there was Tree Sap spots on the roof and the Hood.UDS rejected our claim because they said the Spot was not covered in the warranty. My wife appealed the claim but the claim was either erased or lost by a client Representative We called Schumachacher and was told to set a time for them to send out a independent appraiser to look at the Subaru . 2 weeks after the appraisal was done UDS REJECTED OUR claim saying IN OUR WARRANTY, which we never got. that we had 60 days from when we noticed the Tree Sap spots to file our claim which we did . The product we signed up , Is for 7 years. We have been dealing with this for 6 weeks with Cassie Montalvo without a resolution I have never seen a dealership that taped dance around a problem like this this dealership has. We bought 2 previous but never again .Schumacher is selling a product from a company that won't honor the warranty and they don't appear to want to resolve this problem. In their advertising Schumacher says come join the family . What a crock !!!!!!!!!!!!!! More

One of the worst decisions I have ever made was leasing my vehicle from Shumacher. Since the moment I drove away it has been nothing but a hassle, and in the year and a half I have had my lease, the servic my vehicle from Shumacher. Since the moment I drove away it has been nothing but a hassle, and in the year and a half I have had my lease, the service has gotten worse and NO ONE seems to be able to help me. I purchased a service plan, but it seems the information was "entered incorrectly" so now, every time I go to get what is supposed to be a prepaid oil change, I get charged and have to spend the next 30-45 minutes sorting it out. I have had to wait for over 4 months for a RECALL for an oil pump to be replaced. And NOW I am just finding out that they never submitted the correct paperwork for my trade/ new lease. I am unable to renew my registration for my lease with the DMV because it is showing that I still own the vehicle I traded and does not list the new one. I have talked to numerous people, and no one seems to be able -or willing- to help me sort any of these problems out. I will be looking to trade my lease with another dealership as soon as possible JUST so I never have to set foot in a Schumacher dealership again. More
