Disappointed! I made an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation for 10:30am on Saturday. Service on my car wasn’t started until 11:30am! I was given the excuse that there were some emergency repairs for other vehicles, ie battery problems. What is the point of scheduling an appointment, when it seems to be first come first serve!When my car was ready, it wasn’t even washed! I don’t think I’d go back there. More
