2017 Forester On April 18th we met Scott Gregory at Delray Beach....when we went to test drive the 2016 Forester we found out it didn't have the "blind spot" techno On April 18th we met Scott Gregory at Delray Beach....when we went to test drive the 2016 Forester we found out it didn't have the "blind spot" technology...an immediate deal buster...we then test drove the 2016 Outback which had the blind spot + all the other technology.. We were still looking at competitive models so we told Scott we would call him when our decision was made. Scott stayed in touch with us but never pressured us to make a decision. Medical problems delayed our new car purchase. On August 16th we visited Delray Beach & told Scott we were interested in the 2017 Forester that now had the "blind spot technology"..We test drove the 2017 in the color of my choice and on August 22nd we purchased the car. Scott's patience, knowledge, and understanding are a plus to your organization & we would not hesitate to recommend him to our friends & family. R.Klevickas More

First of all the sales staff will ask questions to ensure you are getting the right car for your needs, once you select the car they go through all th First of all the sales staff will ask questions to ensure you are getting the right car for your needs, once you select the car they go through all the options and explain which may be important to you and those that are not, they do not try to over sell options you will not use. After buying the car the staff explains all the features and most importantly remains connected to you to help with any future operational questions (this is particularly important so that you learn how to use all the features). Since the Outback had many new features we had many questions and visited the dealership whenever we had a question. Every time they were immediately helpful and resolved our issues, they even came to our home to show us how to use some of the new features we were unfamiliar with. Scott was excellent I had an amazing experience. Was stuck with buyers remorse with a spontaneous purchase of a sports car (WRX). I had it for a year and realized I nee I had an amazing experience. Was stuck with buyers remorse with a spontaneous purchase of a sports car (WRX). I had it for a year and realized I needed something bigger (SUV). I was not very optimistic about returning it since I was obviously upside down. Scott Gregory let me test drive an Outback and a Forester and allowed me to keep the Forester overnight to ensure I was satisfied. Two years ago he was able to get me the exact Subaru STI I was looking for and this week he was able to help me get into a new lease for my daily driver. He was very knowledgeable about the entire line of cars and helped me choose the 2017 Forester. After being in it for a couple days, I know it was the right choice!
