Upon arrival I was instantly comfortable with my salesperson, Eric Bernstein who pu I visited Schumacher Subaru in Delray beach feeling a bit nervous. Upon arrival I was instantly comfortable with my salesperson, Eric Bernstein who put my nerves at ease. Eric spent his time getting to know what it is I was looking for in purchasing a new Subaru. Being an 80 year old woman I was skeptical about entering the dealership by myself. But Eric made sure I purchased the car and exactly as I wanted it. He had to get a car from another dealership and then add leather to it. He did exactly as he said. He gave me a fair price and explained everything to me every step of the way. I highly recommend meeting with Eric if you are looking for a Subaru in Delray Beach. He still follows up with me months later and has made me rethink the negative thoughts I previously had about purchasing a car. Best experience buying a car The last time we bought a car the experience was not a good one, hours and hours of waiting and dickering. Needless to say I dreaded having to do this again. This was quite a different experience, Scott was patient, always available for our questions and helped us find what we were looking for. The finance department also made it as pleasant as possible. We have never had a Subaru and have found it to be a great car so far. We have told family and friends about the way this was handled. Would definitely go back to Delray Subaru. More

Friendly and efficient , sale and processing did not take a very long time. Repurchased a second new Legacy after my first car was deemed a total loss due to driver running , sale and processing did not take a very long time. Never say "Never!" Car shopping is a daunting experience for me, as it is for many people. I am not especially adept at the high pressure, wheeling and dealing. So, when Car shopping is a daunting experience for me, as it is for many people. I am not especially adept at the high pressure, wheeling and dealing. So, when my sister and I arrived at Schumacher Subaru in Delray Beach, I was prepared to say no. no. and no to the slightest provocation of “Have I got a deal for you!” I definitely expected this whole experience to be “painful,” especially because all I wanted to do was to test drive a car. I had already told my sister I was NOT going to buy a car on this day. Armed with my “Nos” I was ready to fend off any and all persuasive tricks. As the sales representative approached us, he extended his hand and wore an ear to ear smile. He introduced himself as Peter Altman and he led us to his desk where he welcomed us and asked how he could help us. I told him I wanted to take a Subaru Forester for a test drive. He assured me we could do that and he wanted to find out a little bit about what I was looking for in a car. He showed me the many features and particular packages available for the Forester. He looked at his inventory and found a vehicle that had many of the features I said I would like to have. He was very patient with my questions and my noncommittal attitude. Peter went over some must- knows before we took to the road. During the test drive, I felt very relaxed, almost as if I was on a daytrip with friends. As for the Forester, something in my mind kept saying “Yes!” the moment I drove the car off the lot. It seemed to have its own knowledge of the road. From pick-up speed on the smooth pavement to the hazards of bumps and puddles, the Forester commanded me. It felt great on the road! Smooth, solid and protective! As we returned to the dealership, I felt my “Nos” succumbing to “I want this vehicle!” Oh no! How was I going to do this? Peter carefully explained the different purchasing options. I decided I COULD do this. Peter worked very diligently to help me meet my payment goals. Guess what! I am the proud owner of a Subaru Forester and I love it! More
