Scott Gregory, my salesman, is the BEST!!! I had a 2002 Forester (137.000 miles) which I loved, but after 14 years it was time to buy a new car. Buying a car was a new experience for me. For I had a 2002 Forester (137.000 miles) which I loved, but after 14 years it was time to buy a new car. Buying a car was a new experience for me. Fortunately my salesman was Scott Gregory who is the most patient, helpful, caring person and thanks to him I now own a 2017 Outback which I love. Not only did Scott make the experience of buying a car extremely pleasant, but even after the sale, he still cares. He gave me his cell phone number and told me if I had any questions or concerns to call him and true to his word, he is always available. Many, many times after I purchased the car I had questions and Scott was always there to help me. He never rushed me. He always called back, even on his day off. I recommended him to my daughter who bought a Subaru Crosstrek from him. She too loves her car and thinks Scott is the best.
