I must have had 20 calls and 50 e-mails from all over but Scott was the only one that communicated professionally, He was direct and knew his product, he showed me a specific car and actually listened to what i wanted. This was always followed by the nasty processes of new registration, insurance, etc.-- Buying a Subaru from Schumacher with Scott Gregory was surprisingly easy, pleasant and comprehensive. I was not pushed to buy a particular model or add something I did not want. I made decisions based on the existing options which were clearly explained. I did not have to worry about changing insurance, new license plates, and many other details. Everything was done there. I was pleasantly surprised and delighted with the service I received.
