Easy, fun and a great experience overall Went into the dealership in April met with Scott and drove a few models. I wasn't ready to buy at that time but at the end of June I was. Called Scot Went into the dealership in April met with Scott and drove a few models. I wasn't ready to buy at that time but at the end of June I was. Called Scott and he was as easy to deal with as the first time we met.. No pressure, gave me a great price and I was out the door with my new Impreza within a few hours. Awesome experience! More

Worst Experience I bought a 2015 Subaru Outback from this location in September 2017. I would never recommend this branch to any person. I have had issues with both sa I bought a 2015 Subaru Outback from this location in September 2017. I would never recommend this branch to any person. I have had issues with both sales and service. To buy the car it took 8 hours. We had a negotiated price agreed upon within an hour and the delays were attributed to the branch being so busy. I was sitting waiting for multiple representatives for 7 hours. They sold me the car with tires that were severely needing replacement. I had to get 4 brand new tires on the car in January, just 3 months after purchasing the vehicle. The service department has also been a headache. I came in to replace one faulty tire with an appointment. I was waiting an hour and a half before a representative asked where my wheel nut lock key was, because they couldn’t find theirs. After they finally got the tire off in almost 2 hours, they said there is a hole in the tire (that they sold me the car with, previous owner had tried to plug it up with black tar and it had a small leak since I bought it). They also informed me they didn’t have tires in stock and I’d have to go buy one at a tire store and bring it back to them. I told them to leave the tire on (it was operational, just needed constant air resupply). They replaced the tire with my donut. By now I had waited almost 2.5 hours, with no solution to a simple issue. I had them put the old tire back on (which took another 25 minutes), and took the car to a tire shop down the street, where the handled the situation immediately. Most recently, I have been trying to cancel the warranty. I no longer live in the area, and it has taken almost a month to get someone from that branch to process the paperwork. I sent my original request over the phone and by email on June 17. It was finally confirmed that the warranty was removed today, July 11. Schumacher of Delray is the worst experience I have ever had with a car dealership. Coconut Creek Subaru is worth the drive to not deal with the headaches this dealership will cause you throughout the ownership of your vehicle. Subaru is a fantastic brand and I wholeheartedly believe this dealership gives the brand a terrible name for itself. More

Five Star Customer Service! I can't say enough about the excellent, expert and friendly customer service I received from John Esche at Schumacher in Delray. I wasn't even looking I can't say enough about the excellent, expert and friendly customer service I received from John Esche at Schumacher in Delray. I wasn't even looking for a new car and next thing I know I am test driving a beautiful Jeep Wrangler JL Sahara! There was no stereotypical hard sell that people associate with car dealers - just a friendly, well-informed expert providing me with the details on the car. John went out of his way to provide me with a real test of the car; he put a dealer plate on it and away I went. After driving the Jeep for a day, I knew I wanted it and John handled the rest of the transaction with ease. I have had the car for less than a week and Schumacher has a customer for life based on the treatment I received from John. More

Personable, Friendly, and Helpful I came here looking for a Mazda I had seen online. They were quick to greet me and John offered me a cup of coffee or water. He was very personable and friendly as we spoke and informed me of every detail I needed to know. He explained the paperwork clearly and didn't push me to make the purchase.He also answered any questions my husband had but due to him being out state he had to answer over the phone. I felt like more then just $$ and like I could trust him to take care of the deal. I also Spoke to Lorenzo for the financing options who was very professional and very comforting as the process makes me anxious. He eased my mind and when I called him later for questions he answered quickly. I Love my new car! I severely needed to upgrade and these gentlemen made it work for me! More
