Active Salesman Chris Reid is friendly and has a pleasant demeanor. He was very helpful and supportive. He is knowledgeable about the Forester and, I assume about other Suburu SUVs, as he readily answered all questions. He spent time going over the many features that come on the Touring model. My suggestion to the sales manager and titles above: the time it takes from day of deposit to day sale is consummated be expedited. Due to a new learning experience, I expect questions asked and answered will be asked again. Like how to use some of the “bells and whistles” that Chris addressed but have been forgotten several days later. Thank you Robert Nussbaum More

Amazing amazing amazing!! I worked with David and Carlos and WOW. It’s my first car and I thought that it’s be a much colder vibe, but everyone was so helpful and thoughtful. I I worked with David and Carlos and WOW. It’s my first car and I thought that it’s be a much colder vibe, but everyone was so helpful and thoughtful. I was given water and hot chocolate, we spoke and had great conversation, and everyone there made me feel like I wasn’t just buying a car; I was buying an experience of a lifetime. Special thanks to David for meeting with me and talking to me so much, he was absolutely wonderful and the others in the building who spoke to me were just as sweet and friendly!!
