Since I could not come look at the car for a few days, I was kept abreast of its availability by Richard Perlman, who called me personally each day with updates on whether it was still there or not. I live an hour away from the dealership, so he was very concerned with making sure that I did not make the trip for nothing. I could not ask for better attention. Everyone I dealt with was very honest and forthright, and I did not feel pressured in any way. In fact, the night I went down to test drive this car I had plans to test drive another car at a nearby dealership. I was honest with the salesman (Johnny Diaz) about this and much to his credit, he did not try to stop me or disparage the other dealership. He respected my decision and let me go without incident. I cannot express how much that meant to me. Nothing turns me off faster than a salesperson putting pressure on me, and I have fled places never to return because of it. The people here seem to understand that, and I would come back here in a heartbeat if I needed a car again. More

We came from another OffLease dealer (this one is much larger and is very well known in the Lake Worth We had a very pleasant experience with Johnny. We came from another OffLease dealer (this one is much larger and is very well known in the Lake Worth area) which was crowded, unprofessional and unpleasant. I spent much time researching the vehicles we went to look at and was positively surprised that most of their vehicles DO NOT have accidents (versus the other OffLease dealer). Although it is a used car lot (with a few of the typical used car lot issues), the overall process was good. We did have to wait a bit to get the paperwork completed but even that was bearable. My wife and I each bought a car. My wife bought a certified VW and I purchased an Infiniti. We were both well pleased with the selections and each found a car that we liked. I would recommend this dealership, their personnel and their vehicle selection!!! More

WATCH OUT FOR THIS PLACE ITS A JOKE!!! So this place had a car for sale that I really liked, I called to see if it was still available, they said it was. Drove all the way there and when I So this place had a car for sale that I really liked, I called to see if it was still available, they said it was. Drove all the way there and when I pulled in there was the car with a big sold sign of the car that they told me was available not even 90 minutes prior. They gave me some story that the person had a downpayment in that she left house but she was having a problem getting her license. Everyday for 3 days they would call with an excuse about the situation. Friday they told me she had until monday at 5pm or I could have the car. On monday they called and said that she couldn't get her license today because the dmv was closed! Well that my friends is a BOLD FACED LIE! So they said she had until tuesday at 5 pm. Tuesday they called and said that she came and get the car on monday. Well as we all could imagine that is pretty hard if the DMV was supposed to be closed on mondays. I WOULD STAY AWAY FROM THIS SHADY PLACE IF I WERE YOU THESE PEOPLE ARE LIARS, CHEATS AND TOTALLY FULL OF IT!!!! More
