Went for a recall for my air bag for my jeep wrangler made an appointment a month before when I went the the day off for service they said they didn’t have the airbag in stock they would have to order it made an appointment a month before when I went the the day off for service they said they didn’t have the airbag in stock they would have to order it. Service Department is the worst. My 1st service appointment for just a Oil Change and Tire Rotation took almost 4 hours. I recently schedule and showed up for my 2nd Oil Change and Tire Rotation and was told they are backed up and it could take 2 or more hours. I spoke to a service manager Robert Corman and was told my schedule appointment does not mean anything... On top of everything the Sales Manager Michael Doyle of the dealership was standing in the hall listening to how upset I was and said nothing to help defuse the situation. I will never purchase or lease a vehicle from Schumacher again. They do nothing but blow air after they have sold you a car. More
