Schumacher Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Delray - Service Center

This is my second jeep with Schumacher. The first one they could never fix the problem so they gave me my repair costs towards a new one. Now, I have had my current jeep in for a starting The first one they could never fix the problem so they gave me my repair costs towards a new one. Now, I have had my current jeep in for a starting problem with start button and “couldn’t find the problem”. I cannot believe this is my second jeep and again I am stuck with a vehicle they cannot repair but in reading blogs from jeep this is a legitimate concern and it is driving me crazy that I got stuck with two vehicles they allegedly cannot fix. So you tell me how you would review Schumacher Jeep… I called on a Thursday for an appointment on Monday. Told them I would have AAA deliver on Monday, my response was if you bring it in via tow.. it wou called on a Thursday for an appointment on Monday. Told them I would have AAA deliver on Monday, my response was if you bring it in via tow.. it would be a priority and I would get it worked on right away. Just need to replace gear label. I get there and she tells me it would be a little while before I can get a time. I spend two hours when she comes in and says we don’t have time to look at it today I should have gotten an appointment. Seriously … I had an appointment. A week later I call to have my car towed to another dealer .. then all of a sudden they are working on it. So I have a buddy that lives close to go check and it’s sitting in the parking lot. So I Uber to the dealer and suddenly my jeep is done and a 1000 Dollars for a 50 dollar part… RipOff then it gets worst there is another 50 dollar charge for supplies so I said what supplies and he had the xxxxx to say toilet paper, paper towels and stuff foe employees. Are you freaking kidding me. TELL ME HOW WOULD YOU RATE SCHUMAKER JEEP….. if I could give less than 1 star I would. So disappointed!😢 More

There was some issue last time I left my wifes 2017 Jeep the for a tune up! I vowed never to return!! So I took another chance with my 2018 Jeep which needed the OEM to tune up! I want to thank Carmelo Niev the for a tune up! I vowed never to return!! So I took another chance with my 2018 Jeep which needed the OEM to tune up! I want to thank Carmelo Nieves Service Advisor who got me in and out in 2 hours, completed tune up and a few other minors!
