We called because an engineering light went on a few days before we planned to leave on an extended road trip. Briana and Geo had us bring our Jeep in the same day and the following day they had the pr days before we planned to leave on an extended road trip. Briana and Geo had us bring our Jeep in the same day and the following day they had the problem diagnosed and the part ordered. As soon as the part came in, the vehicle was fixed and ready. Throughout the process, we were constantly kept up to date by phone and text. We were very impressed with Briana and Geo and how quickly the reacted to our problem. Cindy Billock is an exceptional service advisor who should immediately be given a raise! Even though I was only at Schumacher for a simple oil change, Cindy made sure to review the complete vehicle his should immediately be given a raise! Even though I was only at Schumacher for a simple oil change, Cindy made sure to review the complete vehicle history and provide advice as to service requirements. And when I discovered something was missed, Cindy made no excuses, apologized, took charge and had the issue addressed immediately. She and other advisors there are truly professional. While waiting in the lounge, I witnessed another advisor help an elderly lady to her vehicle, which he had the technician bring to that door. Also while I was waiting, I was looking at new Jeeps and was approached by Rony from Sales. He also was very professional as he explained future options for a potential purchase of a new Wrangler. So I say, keep it up Schumacher and do not let this type of service slip. More

I had to have my hinges replaced on both my doors and hood. This seems to be an ongoing issue with Jeep, but the dealership had no pushback on scheduling the work. Even though it took awhile to get the hinges they gave me a rental for that period of time! My Jeep is the mojito green which after 6 years of ownership they amazingly were able to color match to the point of I can’t see a difference on either the hood it the doors. But here is the kickers. When it was in the body shop they noticed brake fluid on my tires, both sides… it seems the company that installed my lift did it wrong and my brake lines were worn out do to friction. the company is no longer around, big surprise. They immediately showed me my the issue and since I was going on a two week vacation I left my Jeep in their care. Carmen my service rep was so insanely diligent about communicating with my the progress and making sure the job wouldn’t fall between the cracks. This was also during the time supply chain issues were happening all over the country. The wait took an extra 2 weeks but the communication via text never stopped and apologizing for the delays which I told him were not necessary because he and his dealership were not to blame. Eventually I received my Jeep back looking brand new. Service to me is the defining item that will have my dealership loyalty and Schumacher Jeep and Carmen have mine! More
