Unauthorized warranty charge cost $2079 to owner. I thought this dealership was 5 stars. Until a few years after when I went to file a claim for my money back guarantee offered by the Mopar Vehicle Pr I thought this dealership was 5 stars. Until a few years after when I went to file a claim for my money back guarantee offered by the Mopar Vehicle Protection plan and came to find out that in all my years of owning the vehicle and years of meticulously never using the warranty unless a catastrophic event happened I come to find out that for a simple $100 or so dollar service that I paid for my warranty was also charged. This voided my $2079 money back claim. Assuming this was an error I immediately reached out to the dealer, no response. 3 months and multiple emails and voicemails EVEN TO THE GENERAL MANAGER. Nothing, I decided to email for service or a new car. Almost instantly received correspondence. They were/are personally avoiding me and my problem. This to me proves malicious intent. I am beyond amazed that a dealership over a few $100 would allow a customer to lose thousands. Lawyers will soon be involved which I also hate. Hopefully someone gets back to me to right this wrong... I would give 0 stars if I could. interesting all 1 star reviews are flagged as inappropriate. More
