The worst auto service - Last year, took my car in because of a terrible odor. After a whole(not sure what they did), said it's good-to-go and bring it back if a problem. Brought it back with same problem and after a day, it's good to go.It wasn't so took it to another dealer who suggested I spray it with lysol which did the job. Several weeks ago, received a software update from Chrysler, suggesting if I didn't feel comfortable running the software, bring it into a dealer. Last week, I called Schumacher if they would run the update and they said yes, an appointment was not necessary. Brought it in today - greeter didn't know what I was talking about, couldn't get any help, sent me home. One hour of driving wasted. Will not use Schumacher for sales or service. More

Dodge Schumacher always gives great service. I came with unknown issues on my car and my service agent was able to identify the cause relatively quick. When I went to confirm the appointment during the preceding business day I was advised that no such appointment was on their calendar. I asked for a call back and never got one. When I called again I was advised that my appointment was booted off the calendar due to too many appointments. I received no notice of this. When I asked for an alternate appointment that week I was told there was no appointment available and no exception could be made. Called for an oil change. Sure, come any time up to 5 pm. Drive through rush hour traffic but when I get there it's a whole other story. Every one looks buried in work.
