The worst service department I ever had to deal with in the last 40 years of owning a car. Horrible customer service Advisor and his manager! Called both and after a week never heard from service manager the last 40 years of owning a car. Horrible customer service Advisor and his manager! Called both and after a week never heard from service manager at all. Service advisor Robert was never available,everyday I called and I would leave a message. He would not return calls until 2 days later. That was twice in a weeks time. Didn’t even have oil change that was requested on his work order. After hm finally calling me that the car would not be able to be looked at until next week. But did not feel comfortable with that or the service department, I requested my car to be ready for pick up today. It was not and had to wait finally brought around driver could not put vehicle in park, there was a cover on the floor board and the center arm rest was stuck in upright position. They had activated the tow switch in there an could figure how the driver could drive it to front! After an hour from when I arrived I was out of there and guess what, now my check engine light was on! Took it to another place, told me right away what other issue was and gave me a time frame for repairs and told me it was under warranty. Second time the charm, first visit in Delray was a Cale’s in appointment for a recall computer update. Got there at appointment time and was not on the list, but was told it was a quick thing. But over 4 hours later waiting there and with multiple excuses car was ready. More

Can't even make a service appointment for over 1 month The service department is the absolute worst!! New policy is crap. If you have a scheduled service you need to make they won't give you an appointme The service department is the absolute worst!! New policy is crap. If you have a scheduled service you need to make they won't give you an appointment and you just bring the car in. The only problem is they will make you wait for literally 3-5 hours for your car for your "free" scheduled maintenance. If you have a problem with your car that is not a scheduled service (e.g. need brakes) you will literally wait 30 days for an appointment and closer to 45 days if you want a morning appointment. WIll be selling my Jeep and getting another car. More

The worst auto service - Last year, took my car in because of a terrible odor. After a whole(not sure what they did), said it's good-to-go and bring it back if a problem. Brought it back with same problem and after a day, it's good to go.It wasn't so took it to another dealer who suggested I spray it with lysol which did the job. Several weeks ago, received a software update from Chrysler, suggesting if I didn't feel comfortable running the software, bring it into a dealer. Last week, I called Schumacher if they would run the update and they said yes, an appointment was not necessary. Brought it in today - greeter didn't know what I was talking about, couldn't get any help, sent me home. One hour of driving wasted. Will not use Schumacher for sales or service. More
