Worst service center in America hands down. Brought my gladiator in for an oil change and got it back with tons issues it never had. Service manager made it sound like he has this problem a lot. I bet their service technicians make the same mistake frequently. Luckily the solution is a quick flash update to the onboard computer system. Takes about 2 hours. These people had my truck all day and did absolutely nothing. Didn’t call me. Didn’t do the update. They just left my truck in the service center all day and never called me. I an hour on hold to get my truck status, got so tired on waiting on hold I drove over there. My truck sitting untouched and someone loser service advisor giving me some bogus excuse that they don’t actually have technicians workin that can fix the truck, despite being scheduled for this exact service for this day for over a week. These people are the worst. Don’t believe me? Just pull into the service center and see what a disaster it is. The place couldn’t be more chaotic and disorganized. Don’t bring your vehicle here. You will get it back in worse condition and they won’t fix it. They literally told me they have plenty of clients and they could care less. More
Drove to Florida from New York with my 2017 jeep grand Cherokee, realized when we got here there was some kind of electrical problem. We drove into Schumacher and we’re helped immediately, we spoke to Ben Cherokee, realized when we got here there was some kind of electrical problem. We drove into Schumacher and we’re helped immediately, we spoke to Benjamin who was very professional and helpful and realize the situation we were in and took the vehicle in immediately. The dealership was very busy that day and had no loaner car to give us, they Uber us home and texted and called with updates. The next day they ubered us back and my vehicle was 100% fixed. Again Benjamin And the staff very professional and courteous I cannot say how helpful they were and how appreciated it really was to be treated that way. I highly recommend this dealership More
Horrible dealership. Zero customer service. Needed to wait two weeks for an appointment for an oil change. Get there and no one acknowledged me for 30 min in the service dept with my truck. I had an appointment and Ufredo Zapata took care of me right away. He was attentive and the estimate for the wait was on time and shorter than I had expected. Purchased new Jeep Cherokee Limited on 10/10. Sales process was fine although long process waiting to meet with Finance team. There was a interior trim panel that needed fixing. I made appointment with Service dept for 4:00pm on Friday 10-16. I got call day before they could not service my car as that time just for drop offs. I was given time 10/21. They had my car nearly the entire day and did not fix the issue and in fixing discounted the gear shift back light. Tuesday 10/19 get a call parts are in and was given an appointment for 11/04 at 7:30. Yesterday I received a call from the Service Department saying I cant bring my car that day as they are too busy/backed up and need to reschedule to November 17th - totally unacceptable. Had I known this is how their Service Department operates I would have never bought from this dealership!! If I could turn this car back and get my money back I would. So not worth all the hassle with them. More
After searching for a Jeep Dealer to have my new jeep serviced, my wife found Schumacher in Delray, and they had great reviews. My wife called and set an appointment for service with Brittany, and when we showed up, no one new anything about an appointment. By chance, I was greeted by a service advisor named Cindy, who immediately picked up the ball with the whole appt confusion. What started out as a problem, was quickly resolved when Cindy picked up the ball and took ownership of the problem; thanks! and nice save Cindy! Even when there was an issue with my service coupon (10% on their web site), Schumacher moved quickly to resolve the issue and credit our account. To me, the sign of a good dealership is not that they "are perfect," but when something does go wrong--as it does in life--how do they handle things. I give Shucmacher 5 STARS and Cindy 10 STARS!
