As a side note the last dealer I used (Green Acres Autonation) for an oil change backed my vehicle into a wall when returning it to me and then explained it wasn’t a big deal and would just buff out. The only place I would take any of my vehicles I have a 2004 Chevy Tahoe and a 2007 Chevy Silverado and have brought them to Schumacher on north lake for service since they were new. I was impressed with his mannerisms in handling our repair issues, and he treated us with kindness and concern. Mr. Blasko was extremely attentive to our needs and organized the repairs immediately. His demeanor was also one of helpfulness and concern. All staff including the ladies in the rental/loaner department were extremely responsive and courteous in their efforts to provide us temporary transportation during the repair period. My previous experiences with their effortless, timely, handling of normal service (oil change /tire rotation/ etc) are reasons for additional personal accolades for this dealership service department and why I trusted their judgment in applying proper evaluations and repairs to an somewhat difficult repair issue with a faulty A/C unit that was not consistent in its proper cooling operation.
