I would recommend Crane to anyone looking to lease or buy a new or used car! There sales reps are friendly and speak to you like a family memeber. Ive looked at other dealerships and I was turned off by how a new or used car! There sales reps are friendly and speak to you like a family memeber. We were recommended to Crane by our mechanic. From the beginning, Mark Crosby, our sales representative was very helpful and was able to get us the car and color we wanted. My friend went to get a new car. He does not speak english very well and was tricked into putting down a $500 deposit just so they can give him a price. At first they asked for $2000 deposit. They also told him if he did not want the car they would refund the deposit. The sticker price is $40,000 but the wanted to charge him $40,700 for the car and 3.9% financing, while they were advertising 0% financing. They did not want to return the money nor did they want to drop the price. I went back with him a week later to help because he did not know what to do. They were trying to kick us out of the store and also got in my face and Jose Bayona wanted to fight. Needless to say we called the cops and had to call the credit card company to stop payment. This was the worst experience of my life. DO NOT GO TO CRANE CHEVROLET THEY ARE CROOKS>. More

Best experience!! I am so glad my father recommended me coming here..because of Jose and Joe, they made it possible for me to get exactly what I wanted and more. They made sure they stayed within my monthly payments I was asking for, an AWD vehicle, car worth the gas mileage, made sure it had a connection for my iPod :), and more! They even made sure I got my OnStar and Bluetooth service going with their help! They did the best to make sure I left happy and all smiles...Definitely happy I stopped here and left with my new 2012 AWD Chevy Equinox!!! Loving all the features of the LS and the guys are always available, even if I have the silliest questions about my new car...Best Customer and Car Sales Service out there! I had to turn in my 2008 GMC Envoy Leased car. I went on line to find out where to return the car and also was very interested in purchasing a new Chevrolet Equinox. Less than 10 minutes after I sent the e- line to find out where to return the car and also was very interested in purchasing a new Chevrolet Equinox. Less than 10 minutes after I sent the e-mail, Crane Chevrolet - Mark Crosby called me. I set up an appointment for Tuesday - went in with my GMC Envoy - Mark Crosby, the Sales Manager, The Service Manager and the Business Manager took time to explain everything about the Lease Return and then I test drove 4 or 5 Chevrolet cars, including the Equinox. Mark kept in touch with me via e-mail and telephone and this Saturday, June 18th, I not only turned in my 2008 GMC Envoy but drove off in my new Equinox. The Sales and Service Team went over everything about my new Equinox. The business manager reviewed all my options for additional warranties that was available. Mark Crosby spent an additional 2 hours showing me all the mechanical and electronic devises in the car and how to operate them. Being a 62 year old woman, I was very nervous - but The Crane Chevrolet staff of Clifton, New Jersey walked me through the process step by step. It was probably the best experience I have had with purchasing this car. I felt like I was purchasing a Mercedes Benz - that is how wonderful, helpful and knowledgeable the Staff at Crane Chevrolet was. Just to make sure, I asked my brother to come with me to get the car and I must say he was very happy. He called me Saturday night to tell me how impressed he was with the entire Staff a Crane Chevrolet - he said they were even better than the BMW dealership he purchased his car and his wife's car from - and he is very hard to satisfy. I leased a 2011 Chevy Volt back in April 2011 and just hit the 2000 mile mark using only 3.2 gallons of gas! So far the vehicle has more than surpassed my expectations. The folks at Crane Chevrolet have also surpassed my expectations in a dealership. From the initial test drive to day of delivery, they truly give you V.I.P. service from the sales personnel to the service department. I’ve purchased over 20 different vehicles over the course of approximately 34 years and this one is by far the best sales experience I have ever had while purchasing a car. I had the pleasure of dealing with Mark Crosby and Lou Tripoldi during my visits and they treated me more like a friend than a customer. Mark was extremely knowledgeable in all aspects of the Volt and the best salesperson I have ever dealt with. I will definitely be returning to Crane for my next vehicle confident that I will receive the same outstanding service and treatment! More
