Coming crane to purchase my car was probably the best place I could of gone. The process was amazingly easy and trouble free and all for and wonderful price. The truck had scratches down both sides, from plastic cans along side the previous owner's driveway, so they agreed to have the truck repainted before I would agree to a buying it. It also needed 4 tires and brakes which they also included with some additional haggling. I have purchased all my Chevys, over my entire life span of 60 years, which total to about 10 vehicles, at another dealership just down the highway a bit. However, when looked over the used trucks in their lot there were none that I could afford so I ended looking at Crane's used car stock. I cannot say enough about the Salesman Mike Verela who stayed with us the entire time and did everything he could to make sure both my wife and I were happy with the deal we made. Buying a used Suburban is a big deal for me since I hang on to my vehicles longer than most people. The Tahoe I traded in had over 200,000 miles on the odometer and I bought that one used over eight years ago. The tremondous success I have had over my life time driving Chevys made me go back to buy yet another one. Buy American it will always help our economy. Please consider rewarding the Sales staff at Crane for their professionalism and consideration for the customer's needs. I know that all dealers are facing tough times when the economy is so bad but I see that Crane is investing alot of money to improve the dealership with new paint and clean customer service areas. My thanks again to everyone at Crane Chevrolet in Clifton for their professionalism during this transaction. This dealership is an excellent place to do business with. I rated it the way I did because I needed to get the price I was looking for in order to be able to afford the car I wanted which was a rare sh with. After searching hi and low for over a year, I spotted what I thought I would never find, which was a needle in a hay stack. Only having the budget I had, I was unsure if Crane Chevrolet would sell me the car at the price I needed in order to be able to purchase it. Well needless to say, Crane Chevrolet certainly came through. I am now the proud owner of one of Americas most sought after modern day muscle cars. Bottom line is....if you want a great price, great service, and very friendly staff, just go streight to Crane Chevrolet , Rt 46 East, Clifton New Jersey. Seriously nice people who will do ANYTHING they can to put you in any automobile you like. I've exp'd many dealerships and had my best experience here at Crane Chevrolet, hands down. More

After shopping a number of area Chevrolet dealers I stopped in at Crane Chevrolet after sending a request for an online quote. Jose Bayona responded within an hour of my request being sent and invited stopped in at Crane Chevrolet after sending a request for an online quote. He greeted me with a big handshake, introduced me to the features of the Silverado, showed me the trucks they had on the lot. They had a wide selection in most of the model colors and trims. Back to the office he spent a good amount of time understanding what I was after and how much I was willing to pay. His manager put a very competitive deal together and said that they would honor it and there would be no funny math if I came back. True to their word the price quoted (which was the lowest quoted price that did not change on a second visit unlike other dealers). After completing the paperwork I met with Joe Maspeth to sign documents and he offered to look into a small business bonus offering that Chevrolet had. As a result I got running boards at no extra cost! Thank you Jose & Joe! More
