Not only did they fix it at no charge they delivered the truck to my work place when it was done ! Awesome customer service and extremely satisfied with their communications . Had a great experience here and with TJ, we have lots of Chevrolet dealerships closer to home, but I will always go here when looking to purchase a vehicle. We started at Hawthorne Chevy and just not getting what I needed. Instead of trying to push a car on me, TJ listened to what I wanted and found me a car that fit my price range. I never felt pressured at any point, I felt super comfortable talking with him and asking questions. He has been patient and kind for the whole process and will definitely see him again for my next car. Even doing the final paperwork with Joe was a great experience, it went fast and he had me laughing the whole time. Woman at front desk was always a pleasure to deal with too. Horrible! They didn't fix my truck and charged the diagnosis fee. We brought it back of course because the truck still wasn't starting, they 'fixed' something that cost us 700$ and after a few days it diagnosis fee. My first contact was LINDA M. she was awesome is every way, keeping me informed about the vehicle I had my eye on. My second contact was Leo H, although Leo did not end of being my salesman he was very friendly and left an impression on me. Mark Rodriguez was EXCEPTIONAL!! He was very patient with me because I am not the type that can be rushed. He made sure I got everything I expected to get when I came in the door. I left Schumacher feeling like a valuable customer and with the vehicle I wanted and LOVE!!! More
