I ended up looking at numerous other cars at competing dealerships and ended up going back to Schumacher and Bill Mann after all was said and done to buy the vehicle I originally looked at there. Bill Mann was recommended to me by a family friend, and he more than lived up to the recommendation. I would highly recommend Bill Mann and Schumacher Chevrolet to anyone looking for a car. Not a fan of this dealership. Nothing but headaches with service department. Do not purchased there so called extended warranty. I stopped in at a couple different Chevy dealerships, but the Little Falls Chevy dealership was different. It had a different feel to it. Like everyone was family working together. The day I was there to visit they did not have the exact model I was looking for, but within 2 days he found exactly what I was in search of! The financing part was quite painless. They took my info, and the next day all my paperwork was ready and I was in and out quickly. Before I left Paul went over all the awesome features in my new vehicle with me. “ They bring technical skill with advanced diagnostics…? ? ? “ Dealership SCAM ! ! ! I recently brought my 2016 Chevy Silverado in for service, prior to the end of my 70,000 extended warranty. I mentioned ? ? “ Dealership SCAM ! ! ! I recently brought my 2016 Chevy Silverado in for service, prior to the end of my 70,000 extended warranty. I mentioned to the Service Writer that I had a slight pulsation in my brake pedal and could he have the mechanic check it out. After the mechanic checked out my truck, the Service Writer told me that the mechanic had reported that my left front caliper was frozen and causing excessive brake pad and rotor wear on my left front. He stated that I will need a NEW Caliper and Both front Rotors and Brake Pads replaced. I told him I would forgo doing this at that time. What I didn’t tell the Service Writer was that I had just replaced both Brake Rotors and Brake Pads just 3 months earlier. So after having them do an oil change and front transfer case service I took my truck home. The following morning, I jacked the front of my truck up and checked the tire free spin. Both tires spun freely. Next I removed the wheels and checked the Brake Rotors and Pads. Both were wearing evenly and smooth. ( Which I was told the mechanic stated, were worn down excessively on the drivers side wheel ( due to a frozen caliper ) and uneven to the passenger side wheel ( due to the frozen caliper on the drivers side ). Dealership Scam ? I will NEVER go back to this dealership for service or anything else. You may want to set up and have someone from Chevrolet check these people out. In the Schumacher Chevrolet ads they say “ Come Join The Family ! “, Yeah, after my experience that’s an invitation to “ Come join the family “ and get Screwed ! More
