Clean facility, competitive pricing for service, in and out time estimates were 100% right. Bonus was coupons that arrive by mail from the dealer. My wife and I went to this dealership Schumacher Chevrolet west palm beach Florida on 3720 north lake blvd, lake park for a new truck that i found on the internet. After walking around outside looki Chevrolet west palm beach Florida on 3720 north lake blvd, lake park for a new truck that i found on the internet. After walking around outside looking at all the vehicles, I had to go inside the dealership to find a salesman. We Found that a majority of salesman sitting down, on the internet or feeding their face. After looking at the vehicle and it was time to talk numbers, The dealer came back with a price that was a little over 20,000$ yes 20,000$ over the internet price, the internet price on the dealers own website, cars.com, and the truck trader.com. when asked why the truck was priced 20,000 less on their website, the salesman stated "HONEST mistake", When asked to see the sales manager, the salesman told us he was too busy now. When in fact there was no other customers in sight in the dealership. There was no attempts to aid my wife and i, no attempts, to make the us happy. Not one phone call to even attempt to sell us a vehicle after. I wish i would have read other reviews of this dealer before going there, i could not find a positive review. Needless to say, I will be staying with Ford. More

I purchased my new Chevy silverado in May. This vehicle had several Dealer installed Items. About a month after my purchase i began having issues. My main complaint is that every issue the vehicle has, the had several Dealer installed Items. About a month after my purchase i began having issues. My main complaint is that every issue the vehicle has, the dealership would try to ignore or drag their feet in fixing. During the month of July the dealership had my vehicle more than I did. Even today I am still waiting for them to replace my bad tires. It has been a month that I have been waiting. They have no concern for the customers time. They do not respond to emails and expect the customer to do the communicating Chuck Schumacher advertises " come join the family" I have emailed him at least 6 times and to the date he has NOT once responded nor has he had any one respond for him. Terrible service, terrible follow through. I would never recommend this dealership. Legal assistance will have to be my next step. More

I was referred from the internet service of Schummacker to exchange a 2010 chev impala for 1 2011 . we agreed to a price of 5800. with the price of $50.00 to pay for my gas and trip to Northlake from welli to exchange a 2010 chev impala for 1 2011 . we agreed to a price of 5800. with the price of $50.00 to pay for my gas and trip to Northlake from wellington . Whem I arrived i was told the salesperson was not available b ut they would honor the $50.00 gas card . Unfortunatly the $5800 price was not agreeblae. The salesperson said the manager would have a $50.00 gas card in the mail the followeing week .
