When I appeared for my appointment to have my Buick Verano serviced, there seemed to be a glitch in the system and my name was not on the computer. The representative, Ken Moss, assured me my car wou Verano serviced, there seemed to be a glitch in the system and my name was not on the computer. The representative, Ken Moss, assured me my car would be serviced and true to his word, the car was serviced as expected and ready to roll in a little over an hour. The tires had been rotated, oil changed, and to my surprise, it was treated to a much needed car wash and vacuum throughout the interior. Mr. Moss also pointed out that I had a credit due me from a previous arrangement which I had forgotten about. This was applied to the total cost of the service call.
