A Very Pleasant Experience! I loved my 2011 Buick LaCrosse CXS, but decided I should upgrade to the 2015 LaCrosse because of the safety sensor upgrades. I had decided to make t I loved my 2011 Buick LaCrosse CXS, but decided I should upgrade to the 2015 LaCrosse because of the safety sensor upgrades. I had decided to make the upgrade ONLY if I could find a 2015 model in the same color as my 2011 LaCrosse and if the price was right! I had visited the showroom about two months prior and met with Chase Bond, to see what was available, but I was reluctant to trade in my 2011, because I was so happy with that car. In late August, I received a letter from Mike Howell regarding the time being good to trade my 2011 for a 2015 vehicle. After giving more thought to the benefits of having the safety sensors on a 2015 model, I decided to return to Schumacher again to see what was available. Once again, I met with Chase and he remembered exactly what I had been looking for. He informed me there was 2015 Buick LaCrosse in the color I wanted that was available on the lot. I was very pleased with the purchase... I feel I received a very good price for my trade-in, along with the GM discount that Mike Howell obtained on the 2015 model. This was the best car purchase I have ever gone through... no stress, not pressure, just complete satisfaction! More

He had me test drive it more than once to make sure I really loved the car I was buying. You could tell he genuinely cares about people leaving happy and not pressured. DISHONEST OR INCOMPETENT...YOU DECIDE Brought in a vehicle for a diagnostic and they advised approx 900 in repairs and "maybe" issue would be resolved. Took to another repair shop and it was am eye hook and wire and none of the three things they said "HAD" to be replaced. Back to Schumacher and requested my diagnostic fee of $120.00 be refunded since none of the three things repaired were the cause of the problem. . I was told by the service manager "Jack" that the new starter was only "recommended" , which was bald face lie. He then proceeded to tell me that the eye hook and wire were part of the fusable link therefore they were correct. It should be noted that the link, starter, and battery worked just fine with the wire and eye hook replaced. He then had the nerve to take credit for the repair of the second shop based on their diagnostic, and did not give me chance to tell him that they used the schematics to trace the problem back to the wire. He was rude, arrogant and condescending and inferred that myself and my husband were lying about what we were told by the advisor. Finally, offered credit for diagnostic for future service and I said "Why would I trust you" because right now I am angry and untrusting. Response: Well since we lost you as a customer, I guess it doesn't matter. Good thing they treat people line "ONE OF THE FAMILY". I will be contacting corporate and filing a better business bureau complaint. I purchased the vehicle at that location and had all service done there. I shudder to think how many times they have overcharged and or improperly repaired my vehicle. Be very careful if you use this repair department More

He responded quickly to voicemails, had impeccable manners, and accurate estimates on prices and completion times. I could tell by his interaction with his other colleagues that he enjoys his work and is well respected by others. An associate in the parts department actually referred me to Jesse when I had mentioned that my previous service advisor had not returned my phone call. Schumacher's attention to detail like offering customers cold bottled water & the complimentary carwashes before returning vehicles to their owners makes the nightmare of having your car serviced pleasurable.
